By-Segment Underlay allows the user full control to define, for example, a stabilizing Edge Run underlay around the entire Fusion Fill™ object, then supporting Zig Zag underlay cover stitch following directly after each separate segment of the Fusion Fill™ object. ![]() In conjunction to this, Wilcom introduces By-Segment Underlay option for Fusion Fill™. ![]() This one Fusion Fill™ object would traditionally have been made with 7 individual objects. This object was created with one Fusion Fill™ object complete with turning strokes and holes. In order to obtain the turning satin stitch angles, the user would have to create multiple objects. Previously an object of the complexity shown here would have to be created as a Complex Fill object with a single stitch angle. Fusion Fill™ provides the ability to create these shapes as one Fusion Fill™ object complete with turning strokes and holes. Complicated shapes with turning strokes traditionally required the digitizer to create multiple turning satin objects. Fusion Fill's™ versatility and functionality are amazing.
